Objective: "iPlan" is an intranet application deployed across North America featuring a scheduling and dispatch board, notes, contract management, and calendar that services security systems, HVAC, fire control systems, and automation for companies such as Microsoft, Intel, Boeing, United Health Group, Capital One, and the United States Army.
Other Objectives:
- Convert workorders to a downloadable and e-mailable PDF format for clients, as well as formatted downloads of the original HTML files, and finally the HTML file automatically placed inside a .ZIP file.
- Enhance existing intranet's security.
- Involved in infrastructure improvements by determining bottlenecks and reducing our reliance on remote services (such as closed-sourced databases and email servers)
- Designed and implemented process forking, which causes PHP to spawn PHP CLI processes to run batch jobs from a queue. This allows the user to run large scripts without any noticable lag time.
- Used AJAX in the development of several "search-on-the-fly" services, similar to that of Google Instant.
- Designed several logos for differing holidays (see below)
- Implementation of signature capture into digital form and storage with workorders.
- Reduce bandwidth costs by an estimated 75% by using CSS3 Properties on compliant browsers, enhancing speed and layout; while saving Convergint on their data pipes.
- Contributed to the definition of coding, error handling, and documentation standards for site scripts
Lessons Learned:
- Improved Database Administration Skillset, including some MSSQL Exposure
- Learned to better use PHP date functions, and PDFLib for on-demand workorder delivery

Objective: The Illinois Benefits site I've developed during my internship at Joliet Junior College. The sites goals are to become an informational portal, as well as an enrollment platform for supplemental insurance for the Chicago Police Department.
Lessons Learned: How to use PHP's built-in E-Mail functions, instead of sending through an outside server through a relay.
Notice: This site has since been updated by the client, and no longer reflects the design/development work with Illinois Benefits.

Visit YouN00b
Objective: YouN00b is my largest-scale personal project website which I was prompted to complete after the majority of the members wanted to migrate from a poorly maintained, unnamed forum site. Currently I host this project along-side other projects in development.
The sites main target is to be a crowd-sourced humor aggregation engine geared at following the latest in web-humor, as well as provide users with robust forums for intellectual talks (such as the Arts and Engineering forums).
Lessons Learned: Frequent updates, excellent security measures, stable and usable portions of the site lead to much appreciation from guests and members.
